تأثیر ارتباطات اثربخش بر سکوت سازمانی (مورد مطالعه: دبیران دوره‌ی متوسطه‌ی دوم شهرستان کاشان)

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه‌ی ارتباطات اثربخش و سکوت سازمانی در بین دبیران دوره‌ی متوسطه‌ی دوم شهرستان کاشان در سال 99-1398 می‌باشد. روش پژوهش توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه‌ی آماری کلیه‌ی دبیران دوره‌ی متوسطه‌ی دوم آموزش و پرورش شهرستان کاشان بوده که تعداد آنان 390 نفر می باشد و بر اساس جدول کرجسی مورگان تعداد 181 نفر از آنها به عنوان نمونه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای تصادفی انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها براساس دو پرسشنامه‌ی ارتباطات اثربخش رابینز( 2005) و سکوت سازمانی واکولا و بوراداس( 2005) جمع آوری شد که پایایی آن‌ها به ترتیب برابر 889/0 و 860/0 به دست آمد و روایی پرسشنامه‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و نظرات متخصصان تأیید شد. داده‌های پژوهش با روش‌های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی ( آزمون‌های t تک نمونه، t مستقل، همبستگی، تحلیل واریانس) در نرم افزارهایSPSS22  و AMOS22 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان دادند بین ارتباطات اثربخش و سکوت سازمانی دبیران رابطه‌ی معنادار و منفی وجود دارد و همچنین بین ارتباطات اثربخش و مؤلفه‌های سکوت سازمانی( سکوت تدافعی و سکوت مطیع و سکوت نوع دوستانه) دبیران نیز رابطه‌ی معنادار و منفی وجود دارد و تفاوت سکوت سازمانی و ارتباطات اثربخش بین دبیران بر حسب متغیر جنسیت از لحاظ آماری معنادار بوده ولی بر حسب متغیرهای سن، میزان تحصیلات و سابقه خدمت از نظر آماری معنادار نبودند.

communication and organizational silence among the secondary school teachers in Kashan. The research method was descriptive- correlational. The statistical population compromised of 390 secondary school teachers in Kashan in the academic year of 2019-2020. The sample size was determined to be 181 people according to Krejcie and Morgan Tables and by means of stratified random sampling method. The data collection was conducted on the basis of two questionnaires: Robbin's effective communication questionnaire and Vakola and Bouradas's organizational silence questionnaire. The reliability coefficients were calculated as 0/889 and 0/860 respectively for effective communication questionnaire and organizational silence questionnaire. The questionnaires' validity was approved by the Confirmatory Factor Analysis Method and two experts. The collected data were analyzed in the AMOS22 and SPSS22 by One-sample T-test, independent T-test, Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Variance Analysis Test. The findings showed there was a negative and significant relationship between effective communication and organizational silence among the research population and also there was a negative and significant relationships between effective communication and organizational silence components (Defensive Silence, Acquiescence Silence and Prosocial Silence).The difference in effective communication and organizational silence in the research population was statistically significant in the gender variable, while this difference was not statistically significant in other variables such as age, level of education and years of service.
