اثر المپیادهای ورزشی بر نشاط اجتماعی، تعهد و رفتار سازمانیِ کارکنان دانشگاه

چکیده
نوشتار حاضر به‌منظور بررسی و ارزیابی میزان تاثیر مسابقات متمرکز ورزشی بر نشاط اجتماعی، میزان تعهد و کیفیت رفتار سازمانی کارکنان در بستر وظایف سازمانی در دانشگاه فنی و حرفه‌ای کشور انجام شد. بر این اساس روش پژوهش به صورت آمیخته و از نوع پیمایشی انتخاب گردید که برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از ابزار مصاحبه به صورت نیمه ساختار یافته عمیق ـ که پس از انجام 19 مصاحبه به حالت اشباع رسید ـ و طرح دو پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بر مبنای طیف لیکرت با 51 سنجه مبتنی بر سوالات هدف‌دار و بخشی نیز به صورت باز استفاده شد. در تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های تحقیق نیز روش معادلات ساختاری با تحلیل در نرم‌افزار Smart PLS2 کاربست یافت. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل 440 نفر شرکت‌کننده در یازدهمین المپیاد ورزشی کارکنان و اساتید دانشگاه فنی و حرفه‌ای بود که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، 205 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که نشاط از منظر اجتماعی به عنوان چهارچوب مفهومی در حوزه مشارکت ورزشی در زمره یکی از پیشران‌های موثر در تداوم تعهد سازمانی مطرح است. همچنین میان شرکت در فعالیت‌های متمرکز ورزشی با توالی منظم (ذیل مشارکت ورزشی) با نشاط اجتماعی و نیز تعهد سازمانی رابطه معناداری برقرار است. اما مشارکت ورزشی (شرکت در المپیادهای متمرکز) بر سلامت و رفتار سازمانی اثر مستقیم و معنادار ندارد و لیک تاثیرات مثبت آن با میانجی‌گری نشاط اجتماعی و نیز تعهد سازمانی قابل است. در نهایت نشاط اجتماعی نیز با تاثیر مثبت و معنادار بر تعهد سازمانی تفسیر شد.

چکیده English

This article was conducted in order to investigate and evaluate the impact of sports-focused competitions on social vitality, the level of commitment and the quality of organizational behavior of employees in the context of organizational duties in Technical and Vocational University of Iran. Based on this, the research method was chosen in a mixed and survey type, to collect data from the semi-structured deep interview tool - which reached a saturation state after conducting 19 interviews - and the design of two researcher-made questionnaires. Likert scale based on 51 measures based on targeted and partial questions was also used in an open-ended manner. In the analysis of the research data, the method of structural equations with analysis in Smart PLS2 software was used. The statistical population of this research included 440 participants in the 11th Sports Olympiad of Technical and Vocational University employees and professors, using Cochran's formula and 5% error level, 205 people were selected as a sample. The findings indicate that, from a social point of view, cheerfulness as a conceptual framework in the field of sports participation is one of the effective drivers in the continuation of commitment and corresponds to the promotion of organizational behavior. Also, there is a significant relationship between participation in focused sports activities with a regular sequence (following sports participation) with social vitality and organizational commitment. But sports participation (participation in focused Olympiads) does not have a direct and meaningful effect on organizational health and behavior, and its positive effects can be
