The aim of the current research is to design the success indicators model of irainian women's sports and its validation. The method of the current research was mixed, so first, a conceptual model was presented using the method of Grounded theory and the systematic design of Strauss and Corbin. In the following, the effect of the obtained indices was discussed using the method of structural equations. The participants of the research in the qualitative part were 22 women sports experts by selective method, in the quantitative part 250 people of managers and sports experts were randomly selected and evaluated using a questionnaire of indicators obtained from the qualitative part. The results were presented in the form of a conceptual model, the obtained indicators include: development of recruitment system, sports competitions, athletes, environmental factors, sports infrastructure, human resources development, culture, public relations, sociology of women's sports, sports development, privatization development, economic factors. , were political and social, in the following, the results showed that the factor load of all the dimensions of the research have appropriate values and the significant coefficients are estimated above 1.96, also the final model of the research has a good fit, presenting these results can be the path of forming the path of success. Facilitate the formulation of policies, planning and training in the field of development of success in women's sports.
