مدیریت انعطاف‌پذیری خانواده با استفاده از اعتبارسنجی و اثربخشی الگوی زوج درمانی بومی برگرفته از تلفیق رویکرد ساختاری مینوچین و اسلام

چکیده

با توجه به اهمیت و جایگاه ویژه خانواده از لحاظ تربیتی و اجتماعی و تأثیرگذاری زمینه فرهنگی و دینی جامعه در شکل‌گیری روابط و ساختار خانواده، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی الگوی زوج درمانی بومی برگرفته از تلفیق رویکرد ساختاری مینوچین و اسلام بر مدیریت انعطاف‌پذیری خانواده‌ها انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر پژوهشی تجربی از نوع تحقیقات کمی می‌باشد که به‌صورت پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با پیگیری یک ماهه انجام گردید. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان خانواده‌های منطقه 11 شیراز با انعطاف‌پذیری خانوادگی ضعیف یا متوسط بود. از بین جامعه آماری 26 نفر به شیوه نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه به‌طور تصادفی جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایشی در 9 جلسه آموزش هفتگی 90 دقیقه‌ای تحت آموزش قرار گرفتند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسش‌نامه انعطاف‌پذیری خانواده بود که به‌منظور جمع‌آوری اطلاعات بر روی آزمودنی‌ها اجرا شد .به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون تحلیل واریانس مکرر استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد که الگوی زوج درمانی بومی مبتنی بر تلفیق رویکرد ساختاری مینوچین و اسلام تأثیر معناداری بر ارتقای انعطاف‌پذیری خانواده دارد و ماندگاری تأثیر آموزش پس از یک ماه حفظ شده است (p<0/05).

چکیده [English]

Considering the special importance and position of family in terms of education and society and the influence of the cultural and religious context of society in the formation of relationships and family structure, the present study was conducted to investigate the validity and effectiveness of indigenous couple therapy model.  The present study was an experimental-quantitative research conducted as a pretest-posttest with a one-month follow-up. From the statistical population, 26 people were selected by random sampling and placed in the experimental and control groups. The experimental group was trained in 9 sessions of 90-minute weekly training. The research instrument was the Family Flexibility Questionnaire, which was administered to the subjects to collect information. To analyze the data, repeated measures analysis of variance was used. The results showed that the pattern of indigenous couple therapy based on the combination of Minuchin and Islam structural approach had a significant effect on promoting family flexibility and the durability of the effect of education was maintained after one month (p <0.05).
