تدوین نشانگرهای کلیدی برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی در راستای ارتقای عملکرد ورزش مدارس بر اساس مدل KPIS

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تدوین نشانگرهای کلیدی برنامه‌­ریزی راهبردی در راستای ارتقای عملکرد ورزش مدارس بر اساس مدل KPIS می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی، از نظر شیوه گردآوری داده­‌ها توصیفی- پیمایشی و رویکرد پژوهش کیفی بود. برای انجام مصاحبه میدانی، مشارکت­‌کنندگان آماری پژوهش، استادان مدیریت ورزشی و همچنین مدیران سازمان­‌های متولی (سازمان تربیت‌بدنی آموزش‌وپرورش) و برخی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی برجسته بودند که این افراد، به‌صورت هدفمند برای مصاحبه‌های کیفی در موضوع پژوهش انتخاب گردید (17 مصاحبه با 17 نفر و تا حد اشباع نظری ادامه یافت) از نرم‌­افزارMax QDA  نسخه Pro، به‌منظور تحلیل مصاحبه‌­ها استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که از نشانگرهای کلیدی عملکرد ورزش مدارس در بخش ورودی مدل، اماکن و تجهیزات ورزشی، در بخش فرایند، برنامه­‌ریزی و رشد و یادگیری و در بخش خروجی، عملکرد ورزشی دانش‌­آموزان و سلامت دانش‌­آموزان می­‌باشد. در این راستا توجه ویژه به امکان و تجهیزات ورزشی در مدارس و تأمین مالی در این زمینه، بهره‌گیری از نخبگان علوم ورزشی در فرایند برنامه‌ریزی و رشد و یادگیری می‌تواند بهبود عملکرد و ارتقای سلامت دانش‌آموزان را در پی داشته باشد.

The purpose of the current research was to develop key indicators of strategic planning in order to improve the performance of school sports based on the KPIS model. In terms of practical purpose, the current research was a descriptive-survey with a a qualitative research approach for data collection. In order to conduct field interviews, the statistical population of the research included sports management professors, managers of trustee organizations (Physical Education Organization), and some outstanding physical education teachers; they were selected purposefully for qualitative interviews on the subject of the research (17 interviews with 17 people) and continued until theoretical saturation.  Max QDA Pro version software was used to analyze the interviews. The results showed that one of the key indicators of school sports performance in the input part of the model was sports facilities and equipment in the process, planning and growth and learning part. In the output part of the model, students' sports performance and students' health were key indicators of school sports performance. In this regard, focusing attention on the facilities and equipment of sports in schools, financing in this field, using the elites of sports science in the process of planning, growth and learning can improve the performance and improve the health of students.
