ارائه نقشۀ راه تجاری‌سازی تحقیقات علمی در حوزۀ ورزش

چکیده

بحران‌های جهانی، توسعۀ اقتصاد ملی را به یک مشکل اساسی تبدیل کرده است. یکی از راه‌های دست‌یابی به توسعۀ اقتصادی، بهبود مکانیسم‌های تجاری سازی تحقیقات دانشگاهی است. با توجه به اهمیت و جایگاه دانشگاه‌ها، مراکز علمی و تحقیقات دانشگاهی در رفع نیازهای جامعه و حرکت به سمت تولید سرمایه از دانش تولید شده در این مراکز، لازم است ساز و کارهای متناسب با شرایط ساختاری، محیطی و انسانی این مراکز برای تجاری سازی تحقیقات دانشگاهی معرفی شود. بنابراین هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائه نقشۀ راه تجاری‌سازی تحقیقات علمی در حوزۀ ورزش بود. پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی، به لحاظ روش توصیفی_تحلیلی و بر حسب ماهیت داده‌ها کیفی بود. جامعۀ پژوهش پژوهش شامل اعضای هیأت علمی دانشکده‌های تربیت‌بدنی، کارآفرینان دانشگاهی در حوزۀ ورزش، مخترعین دانشگاهی در حوزۀ ورزش، کارشناسان بنیاد ملی نخبگان و دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی بود. روش نمونه‌گیری در این پژوهش هدفمند و در دسترس بود. در مرحلۀ اول، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با 16 نفر از جامعه پژوهش انجام گرفت و پس از اشباع نظری، مصاحبه‌ها متوقف شد و در مرحلۀ دلفی 11 نفر به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. با توجه به این‌که هدف محققین طراحی الگوی فرآیندی بود به همین دلیل از تکنیک دلفی سیاسی(سه مرحله) استفاده شد. براساس یافته‌های این پژوهش مدل فرآیندی تجاری سازی تحقیقات علمی در حوزۀ ورزش شامل 20 گام بود. تجزیه و تحلیل مدل‌های تجاری‌سازی در جهان نشان می‌دهد که شرایط محیطی، ساختاری و انسانی نقش مهمی در تجاری سازی ایفا می‌کنند. بنابراین، لازم است مدلی که پیشنهاد می‌شود یک مدل بومی و مناسب شرایط محیطی ایران باشد تا در معنای دقیق کلمه در سطح مراکز پژوهشی و علمی به‌کار رود. بنابراین مدل ارائه شده در این پژوهش سازگار با شرایط محیطی و بومی ایران است و می‌تواند در مراکز پژوهشی و دانشگاهی استفاده شود.

Global crises have made the development of the national economy a major problem. One way to achieve economic development is to improve the commercialization mechanisms of academic research. Given the importance and position of universities, scientific centers, and academic research in meeting the needs of society and moving towards the production of capital from the knowledge produced in these centers, it is necessary to introduce mechanisms appropriate to the structural, environmental, and human conditions of these centers to commercialize academic research. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to provide a roadmap for the commercialization of scientific research in the field of sports. The present study was applied in terms of purpose, descriptive-analytical method, and qualitative in terms of the nature of the data. The research population of the study included faculty members of physical education faculties, university entrepreneurs in the field of sports, university inventors in the field of sports, experts of the National Elite Foundation, and graduate students. The sampling method in this study was purposeful and available. In the first stage, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 16 people from the statistical population and after theoretical saturation, the interviews were stopped and in the Delphi stage, 11 people were selected as the research sample. Due to the fact that the goal of the researchers was to design a process model, the Delphi political technique (three stages) was used. Based on the findings of this study, the process model of commercialization of academic research in the field of sports included 20 steps. Analysis of commercialization models in the world shows that environmental, structural and human conditions play important roles in commercialization. Therefore, it is necessary that the proposed model be a native model and suitable for the environmental conditions of Iran to be used in the strict sense of the word at the level of research and scientific centers. Therefore, the model presented in this research is compatible with the environmental and indigenous conditions of Iran and can be used as a basis for the commercialization of research in research and academic centers.
