تبیین عوامل مؤثر در برنامه‌ی درسی مهارتی مبتنی بر مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی

چکیده

کم­توجهی به دانش و تحولات جهانی، عدم مشارکت فراگیر دانشگاهیان و انتقاد به برنامه‌ی درسی سبب نگرانی و دل ‌مشغولی سیاست‌گذاران نظام­های آموزشی شده است. از سوی دیگر، مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی از شاخص­های حائز اهمیت در سرمایه‌ی اجتماعی بوده، در آموزش عالی از اهمیت ویژه­ای برخوردار است. بر این اساس، هدف پژوهش حاضر تبیین عوامل مؤثر بر برنامه‌ی درسی مهارتی مبتنی بر مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی می­باشد. در این تحقیق کاربردی با ماهیت توصیفی-تحلیلی و پیمایشی، جهت جمع­آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه‌ای استفاده شد که بین 216 نفر از مدیران و سیاست­گذاران تاثیرگذار در برنامه‌ی درسی مهارتی مبتنی بر مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی بر اساس فرمول کوکران به‌صورت تصادفی طبقه­ای توزیع گردید. تجزیه ‌و تحلیل توسط SPSS و SMARTPLS نشان داد که از پنجاه‌ و دو گویه موجود در پرسشنامه توسط تحلیل عاملی، یازده عامل بر برنامه‌ی درسی تأثیرگذار هستند. با توجه به ضرایب به‌ دست ‌آمده، مهم‌ترین گویه­ها عبارتند از نظام ارزشیابی برنامه‌ی درسی (0.243)، گفتمان مناسب در برنامه‌ی درسی (0.204) و تعریف، اهمیت و ضرورت (1.96). در برازش مدل‌های اندازه­گیری، ضریب پایایی آلفای کرونباخ هر عامل بیش از 0.7 و ضریب پایایی ترکیبی بیش از 0.7 بوده است. میانگین واریانس‌های استخراجی برای تحلیل روایی همگرا بیش از 0.4 بوده و SRMR برابر 0.072 می‌باشد که مقدار قابل قبولی برای مدل است.

Lack of attention to global knowledge and developments, the absence of inclusive participation of academics and criticism of curriculum have caused concerns among policymakers in educational systems. In addition, social responsibility is an important indicator of social capital, which is of special importance in higher education. The goal of this study was to explain effective factors in skills curriculum based on social responsibility. In this applied research, through descriptive-analytical and survey methods, a questionnaire was randomly distributed among 216 influential managers and policymakers in skills curriculum based on social responsibility to collect data based on Cochran's formula. Analysis via SPSS and SMARTPLS software showed that out of fifty-two items in the questionnaire, factor analysis revealed eleven factors affecting the curriculum. According to the obtained coefficients, the most important items were curriculum assessment system (0.243), appropriate discourse in curriculum (0.204) as well as curriculum definition, importance and necessity (1.96). In fitting the measurement models, Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient of each factor was >0.7 and the combined reliability coefficient was also >0.7. The mean of extracted variances for convergent validity analysis was >0.4 with SRMR equal to 0.072, which is an acceptable value for the model.
