شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل رفتاری مؤثر بر کارآفرینی دانش‌آموزان هنرستان‌های تربیت بدنی

چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل رفتاری مؤثر بر کارآفرینی دانش‌آموزان هنرستان‌های تربیت بدنی کشور با رویکرد تحلیل سلسله‌ مراتبی فازی انجام شده است. این تحقیق براساس نوع جهت‌گیری و هدف پژوهشی کاربردی، از منظر ماهیت و نحوۀ گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی- پیمایشی و به لحاظ نوع داده‌ها آمیخته کیفی- کمی بوده است. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش شامل 40 نفر از مسئولین و کارشناسان فنی و حرفه‌ای وزارت آموزش و پرورش، مسئولین و کارشناسان فنی و حرفه‌ای در سازمان پژوهش و برنامه‌ریزی آموزش، و معاونت تربیت بدنی و سلامت آموزش و پرورش استان‌ها بوده است که از بین آنها 20 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری هد‌فمند انتخاب و در تحقیق شرکت داده شد. در این پژوهش از طریق بررسی ادبیات موضوع و پیشیینۀ تحقیق و همچنین نظرسنجی از خبرگان حوزۀ مورد مطالعه به شناسایی عوامل رفتاری مؤثر بر کارآفرینی دانش‌آموزان هنرستان‌های تربیت بدنی کشور پرداخته‌شد. جهت وزن‌دهی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل رفتاری مؤثر بر کارآفرینی دانش‌آموزان هنرستان‌های تربیت بدنی کشور از تکنیک تحلیل سلسله‌ مراتبی فازی چانگ استفاده شد و برای این منظور از نرم‌افزار اکسل استفاده گردید. این پژوهش 6 عامل مهم رفتاری‌ مؤثر بر کارآفرینی دانش‌آموزان هنرستان‌های تربیت بدنی کشور را شناسایی کرد که براساس نتایج پژوهش به‌ترتیب اولویت شامل وجود فرهنگ سازنده در هنرستان‌ (4629/0)، ویژگی‌های فردی و شخصیتی دانش‌آموزان و اولیای هنرستان‌ (1914/0)، جنسیت دانش‌آموزان هنرستان (1503/0)، ایفای نقش رهبری به جای مدیریت از سوی اولیای هنرستان‌  (0987/0)، وجود نظام ارتباطات مؤثر بین اولیای هنرستان و دانش‌آموزان (0757/0)، و تعامل مؤثر و پیوستۀ اولیای هنرستان با والدین دانش‌آموزان ( 0210/0) هستند. نتایج این پژوهش می‌تواند برای وزارت آموزش و پرورش، وزارت ورزش و جوانان و مسئولین و دانش‌آموزان هنرستان‌های تربیت بدنی کشور سودمند باشد و مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Identifying and Ranking Effective Behavioral Factors on Students' Entrepreneurship in Iranian Physical Education Schools

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to identify and rank behavioral factors affecting students' entrepreneurship in physical education schools in the country with a fuzzy hierarchical analysis approach. The present research was applied research in terms of orientation and purpose, and in terms of nature and method of data collection, it was descriptive-survey. A combination of qualitative and quantitative data types were used. The statistical population of this research included 40 officials and technical and professional experts of the Ministry of Education, officials and technical and professional experts in the Educational Research and Planning Organization, and the Vice-Chancellor of Physical Education and Health of the Provinces, of which 20 people were selected to participate in the research by purposeful sampling. The behavioral factors affecting the entrepreneurship of physical education conservatories of the country were identified through the review of the subject literature and the background of the research, as well as a survey of experts in the field of study. In order to weight and prioritize the behavioral factors effective entrepreneurship of students of physical education schools in the country, Chang's fuzzy hierarchical analysis technique and Excel software were used. Based on the results of the current research, six important behavioral factors affecting the entrepreneurship of students of physical education schools in the country were identified as follows in the order of priority: the existence of a constructive culture in the school (0.4629), individual and personality characteristics of students and parents of the school (0.1914), gender of students (0.1503), playing a leadership role instead of management by school parents (0.0987), the existence of an effective communication system between school parents and students (0.0757), and effective and continuous interaction of school parents with students' parents ( 0.0210). The findings of this research can be useful and used by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Sports and Youth, and officials and students of the country's physical education schools.
