[English]

Technological changes have necessitated a shift in the approach of organizations from isolated activities to collective activities and collaborations. Such an approach is known as open innovation. The purpose of this study was designing a Model for the Establishment of Enablers of Open Innovation in Knowledge-Based Companies. For this purpose, with a qualitative approach and using the meta-analysis method, first, 160 articles in the field of open innovation were selected for study; after screening, 48 articles were selected. To confirm the reliability of the research, the method of recoding and calculating the percentage of agreement within the subject was used. Then, the conceptual mapping of the research was presented through interviews with 12 key experts in the field of knowledge-based companies and with the help of interpretive structural modeling method, the relationships between establishing enablers and their levels in a comprehensive framework including 6 categories, 12 concepts and 46 codes were presented. In summary, the results showed that establishing enablers of open innovation in knowledge-based companies from level one to level six were facilitating enablers, networking enablers, infrastructure enablers, organizational enablers, supporting enablers and cultural enablers, of which facilitating enablers were the most impressive and cultural enablers the most effective model enabler of open innovation. Finally, recommendations were presented for development of the model of establishing open innovation enablers.
