بررسی تأثیرات قابلیت‌های فناوری اطلاعات، سازمانی و مهارت‌های پرسنـلی بر کشف فرصت‌های نوظهور کسب و کار الکترونیکی

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثرات قابلیت­های فناوری اطلاعات، سازمانی و مهارت­های پرسنلیِ فناوری اطلاعات بر کشف فرصت­های نو ظهور کسب ­و کار الکترونیک است. تحقیق حاضر، از نظر پارادایمِ روش شناسی تحقیق، جزو تحقیقات کمی به حساب می‌آید که بر مبنای هدف، کاربردی و بر اساس روش گردآوری داده­ها از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه­ی آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی کسب و کارهای کوچک و متوسط (شامل1670 شرکت) در استان کرمانشاه است. در مرحله­ی اول نمونه گیری، از شیوه­ی طبقه بندی با انتساب متناسب استفاده شده و در مرحله­ی دوم از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده استفاده شده است. با توجه به جدول کرجسی و مورگان، تعداد اعضای نمونه 313 نفر برآورد شده و نهایتاً تعداد 296 پرسش‌نامه توسط مدیران، معاونین و سرپرستان واحدهای زیر مجموعه­ی شرکت­ها تکمیل شده است. ابزار گردآوری داده­ ها، پرسش­نامه­ی استاندارد بوده و روایی و پایایی آن تأیید شده است. داده­­های تحقیق با روش مدل­ یابی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار AMOS تحلیل شده ­اند. نتایج، نشان دهنده­ی تأثیر معنادار و مثبت قابلیت­های فناوری اطلاعات، سازمانی و مهارت­های پرسنلی بر کشف فرصت‌های نوظهور کسب ­و کار الکترونیک است.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Information Technology, Organizational Capabilities and IT personnel skills on discovering emerging e-business opportunities. The present study was applied and quantitative research in terms of research methodology paradigm using a descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of the present study included all small and medium businesses (1670 one) in Kermanshah Povince. In the first stage of sampling, the proportional allocation classification method was used; then, in the second stage, the companies were randomly selected. According to the Krejcie and Morgan Table, the sample number was estimated to be 313. 296 questionnaires were completed by managers, executives and supervisors of the sub-units of the companies. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire and its validity and reliability were confirmed. The research data was analyzed by structural equation modelling using AMOS software. The results showed a significant and positive effect of IT and organizational capabilities and personnel skills on the discovery of emerging e-business opportunities.
