بررسی میزان اهمیت و تأثیر فناوری اطلاعات در بهبود عملکرد کارکنان دانشگاه فنی‌وحرفه‌ای استان خراسان جنوبی

چکیده

در این پژوهش، تأثیر فناوری اطلاعات بر توانمندسازی کارکنان دانشگاه فنی‌و حرفه‌ای استان خراسان جنوبی بررسی شده است. این پژوهش براساس هدف و ماهیت پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی و جامعه آماری نیز کلیه کارکنان دانشگاه می‌باشد. ابزار استفاده شده برای جمع­آوری اطلاعات، پرسش‌نامه است. پایایی آن از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد و روایی آن از طریق نظر خبرگان و متخصصان مرتبط با موضوع بررسی گردید. هر بخش از پرسش‌نامه به ابعاد متفاوتی از تأثیرات فناوری اطلاعات مانند پاسخگویی، دستاوردها، ارتباطات، فناوری اطلاعات و احساس شایستگی کارکنان می‌پردازد. فرض نرمال بودن داده­ها برای تمامی ابعاد شغلی کارکنان با استفاده از آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنف انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که به‌کارگیری فناوری اطلاعات می‌تواند منجر به احساس شایستگی، بهبود کیفیت عملکرد کارکنان، تسهیل ارتباطات و سرعت انجام امور کارکنان در شرایط مختلف کاری در دانشگاه فنی‌وحرفه‌ای استان خراسان جنوبی شود و همچنین می­تواند دستاوردهای خوبی از جهات مختلف در دانشگاه داشته باشد.

چکیده [English]

In this research, the effect of information technology on the empowerment of the staff of the Technical and Vocational University of South Khorasan Province was investigated. In terms of the purpose and type, this research is a descriptive-survey and the statistical population included all university staff. A questionnaire was used to collect information. Its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient and its validity was evaluated by experts. Each section of the questionnaire addressed different dimensions of the effects of information technology such as accountability, achievements, communication, information technology, and employees' sense of competence. Assumption of data normality for all employee job dimensions was performed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. The results showed that the use of information technology at the Technical and Vocational University of South Khorasan Province led to a sense of competence, an improvement in the quality of staff performance, facilitated communication and speed of staff under different working conditions and resulted in various improvements at the university.
