تأثیر نوآوری باز بر عملکرد نوآورانه در سازمان صنعت، معدن و تجارت استان مازندران: نقش میانجی ساختار دانش

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر نوآوری باز بر عملکرد نوآورانه با نقش میانجی ساختار دانش بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری آن را کلیه کارکنان سازمان صنعت، معدن و تجارت استان مازندران به تعداد 461 نفر تشکیل می‌داد که براساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان (1970) تعداد 210 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد نوآوری باز بر عملکرد نوآورانه با (ضریب تی 32/2-)؛ نوآوری باز بر ساختار دانش با (ضریب تی 21/8)؛ ساختار دانش بر عملکرد نوآورانه با (ضریب تی 38/7) تأثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری دارد. همچنین نوآوری باز از طریق ساختار دانش، تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر عملکرد نوآورانه دارد. نتایج، حاکی از نوآوری باز بر عملکرد نوآورانه در سازمان صنعت، معدن و تجارت استان مازندران با نقش میانجی ساختار دانش، تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد و مدل ارائه شده دارای برازش مناسب می‌باشد. بنابراین به مدیران و مسئولان سازمان صنعت، معدن و تجارت پیشنهاد می‌شود که با برنامه‌ریزی‌های علمی و منسجم، نسبت به ارتقای نوآوری؛ از جمله نوآوری باز در سازمان، همت گمارند تا از این طریق باعث بهبود عملکرد نوآورانه سازمان شوند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of open innovation on innovative performance in the Industry, Mining and Trade Organization of Mazandaran Province with the mediating role of knowledge structure. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of method. The statistical population consisted of all employees of the Industry, Mining and Trade Organization of Mazandaran province (461 people). Based on the Krejcie and Morgan Table (1970), 210 people were selected as a working sample by stratified random sampling. To collect data, the Huang and Chu (2013) Open Innovation Questionnaire with 9 questions, Huang and Li (2009) Innovative Performance Questionnaire with 7 questions and Yao and Li (2014) Knowledge Structure Questionnaire with 14 questions were used. The face and content validity of the instruments were confirmed by experts and their reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient test as 0.91 for the Open Innovation Questionnaire, 0.85 for the Innovative Performance Questionnaire and 0.87 for the Knowledge Structure Questionnaire. Open innovation had a significant effect on innovative performance (coefficient T of -2.32) and a positive and significant effect on knowledge structure (coefficient T of 21.21). In addition, knowledge structure had a positive and significant effect on innovative performance with a coefficient T of 7.38. Moreover, open innovation through knowledge structure had a positive and significant effect on innovative performance. Open innovation had a positive and significant effect on innovative performance in Mazandaran Province Industry, Mining and Trade Organization with the mediating role of the knowledge structure and the proposed model had a suitable fit. It is therefore recommended that the managers and officials of the Industry, Mining and Trade Organization work with scientific and coherent planning to promote innovation, including open innovation in the organization in order to improve the innovative performance of the organization.
