تبیین شاخص‌های توانمندسازی دانشگاه فنی و حرفه‌ای مبتنی بر ویژگی‌های دانشگاه کارآفرین (مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه فنی و حرفه‌ای بندرعباس)

چکیده

به دلیل‌ آشکارشدن اهمیت‌ و نقش‌ کارآفرینان‌ در دهه‌های اخیر گذشته‌، برگزاری برنامه‌های‌ آموزشی‌ ویژه‌‌ به‌ شکل‌های‌ متنوع‌ برای‌ آموزش‌ و پرورش‌ کارآفرینان‌ در مراکز دانشگاهی‌ کشورهای‌ مختلف، اعم از پیشرفته‌ و در حال‌ توسعه‌ رو به گسترش نهاده است. این پژوهش از نظر نتیجه جزو تحقیقات توسعه‌ای است؛ زیرا به دنبال ارزیابی و سطح‌بندی شاخص‌های توانمندسازی دانشگاه فنی و حرفه‌ای در راستای به‌کارگیری ویژگی‌های دانشگاه کارآفرین؛ دانشگاه فنی و حرفه‌ای بندرعباس می‌باشد. از لحاظ هدف، جزو تحقیقات کاربردی است؛ در واقع رویکرد پژوهشی به لحاظ منطق گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع استقرای قیاسی است. در مرحله اول برای ساخت مدل از روش کیفی تحلیل محتوا با رویکرد کوربین و استروس انجام شد. جامعه آماری در مرحله کیفی ر ا خبرگان حوزه سیاست‌گذاران، مدیران، محققان و خبرگان فعال در زمینه توانمندسازی و کارآفرینی دانشگاه فنی و حرفه‌ای تشکیل می‌دهد. از روش‌های نمونه‌گیری قضاوتی هدفمند استفاده شده است. با10 نفر از خبرگان حوزه حقوق دانشگاهی مصاحبه شد. فرهنگ کارآفرینی و رشد ذهنی دانشجویان، مهم‌ترین نقش را در توانمندسازی دانشگاه فنی و حرفه‌ای داشته است.

چکیده [English]

Due to the emergence of the importance and role of entrepreneurs in recent decades, the holding of special training programs in various forms for the education and training of entrepreneurs at universities in different countries, both advanced and underdeveloped, has grown exponentially. This study aimed to evaluate and categorize the level of empowerment indicators of Bandar Abbas Technical and Vocational University to apply the characteristics of the Entrepreneurial University. The present study was applied in terms of purpose. The research method in terms of data collection logic was deductive in the first stage. To build the model, the qualitative method of content analysis was performed with the Corbin and Strauss approach. The statistical population included the qualitative stage of experts in the field of policy makers, researchers, managers and experts in the field of empowerment and entrepreneurship of the technical and professional university. Purposeful judgmental sampling methods were used. 10 experts in the field of university law were interviewed. The characteristics of the entrepreneurial university were divided into 16 main categories which are not included in this section due to the limited number of words. Entrepreneurship culture and students' mental growth played the most important role in empowering technical and professional universities.
