In today's world, the position of skill training is obvious to everyone, skill training increases productivity and job creation and brings satisfaction to employers, capital owners and industries. Because in all countries they have come to the conclusion that skill training increases the specialized and professional skills of people to get their favorite jobs and businesses and increases their efficiency in doing things. Skill training helps in improving decision-making ability, problem solving, creative thinking, effective relationship with others, stress control, etc. Undoubtedly, increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of skill-related training is done in the shadow of its interaction with sub-systems, i.e. labor market, industry, employment and employers. The countries of the world take different procedures when faced with skill training, and these factors cause their success or failure in this important matter. In industrialized and advanced countries, skill training are defined and implemented based on the needs of the industry, but in developing countries, skill training are implemented without considering the needs of society and industries. In this paper, the Islamic Republic of Iran is compared with several advanced and developing countries in terms of skills training. The results showed that, in Iran, due to the unsystematic expansion of skills training, its effectiveness has remained sterile. This research has provided the necessary solutions to achieve the success of skills training in Iran. The results of this research help to develop and improve skills training in Iran.
