ارائه چارچوب لایه‌ای پرورش ذهنیت کارآفرینانه در دانشجویان مهندسی

چکیده
ذهنیت کارآفرینی به‌عنوان فرایند فکری، تشخیص، ارزیابی و بهره‌برداری از فرصت‌های کارآفرینانه در شرایط عدم‌قطعیت شناخته می‌شود. در پژوهش‌های انجام‌شده در زمینه ذهنیت کارآفرینانه، بیشتر به چیستیِ عوامل مؤثر در ایجاد یا پرورش این نوع از روش تفکری توجه شده است و کم‌تر پژوهشی به چگونگی شکل‌گیری لایه‌های ذهنی این نوع خاص از اندیشیدن با تمرکز بر خویش، پرداخته است. هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه چارچوب لایه‌ای پرورش ذهنیت کارآفرینانه مبتنی بر خود در بین دانشجویان رشته‌های مختلف مهندسی است. این پژوهش، کاربردی و با بهره‌گیری از روش اسنادی و فراترکیب انجام شده است. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات مستخرج از منابع موجود، از روش هفت‌مرحله‌ای سندلوسکی و باروسو استفاده شده است. 36 منبع برای انجام این پژوهش به روش فراترکیب انتخاب شدند که درنهایت 46 کد، 12 مفهوم و 4 مقوله استخراج گردید. پس از طی گام‌های پژوهش، چارچوب لایه‌ای ایجاد و پرورش ذهنیت کارآفرینانه بر مبنای خویش، در چهار لایه خود اکتشافی کارآفرینانه، خودآگاهی کارآفرینانه، خودسازی کارآفرینانه و خودشکوفایی ذهنی کارآفرینانه ارائه شده است. با توجه به نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه، تمام این لایه‌ها به هم مرتبط و تقویت‌کننده یکدیگر هستند ولی لازمه رسیدن به شکل‌گیری موفقیت‌آمیز هر لایه، ایجاد سطحی از لایه قبلی در ذهن مخاطب فرض شده است.

چکیده English

The entrepreneurial mindset is known as the intellectual process of recognizing and exploiting entrepreneurial opportunities under conditions of uncertainty. In research conducted in the field of the entrepreneurial mindset, greater attention has been paid to identifying the factors that are influential in implementing or fostering this certain way of thinking, and less research has been conducted on understanding how the mental layers of this particular type of thinking are formed, particularly based on self. The research aimed to present a layered framework for cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset among students in various engineering fields. Documentary and meta-synthesis methods were used in this applied study. To analyze the information extracted from the available resources, the seven-step method of Sandelowski and Barroso was applied. 36 sources were selected to conduct this research using a meta-synthesis method, and finally, 46 codes, 12 concepts, and 4 categories were extracted. After going through the steps of the investigation, a layered framework of implementing and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset was presented in four layers: entrepreneurial self-exploration, entrepreneurial self-awareness, entrepreneurial self-improvement, and entrepreneurial self-actualization. According to the results of this study, all these layers are related and reinforce each other. However, the requirement to successfully form each layer is to create a part of the previous layer in the audience's mind.
