چکیده English

The aim of this study was to validate the tools for measuring factors affecting the professional development of faculty members. In this research, which is a descriptive survey, the opinions of 30 professionals in the field of professional development were examined in three stages. The tool used to conduct the research was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity and reliability were reviewed and confirmed. The data analysis method used was a three-step Delphi technique. The findings of the implementation of the three stages of the Delphi technique showed that the tool for measuring factors affecting the professional development of faculty members consisted of five factors: 1) organizational factor, 2) process factor, 3) managerial-supportive factor, 4) factor Individual, and 5) social factor in the form of 60 items which were validated and approved. It appears that by using the tools to assess the factors affecting the professional development of faculty members, including the 5 factors validated in this study, it is possible to evaluate the impact of each factor and identify and promote the factors that had the greatest impact on professional development.
