چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، تدوین مدل تشخیص فرصت­های کارآفرینانه بر اساس هوش سازمانی و خلق دانش با نقش واسطه‌‌ای تسهیم دانش بود. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع همبستگی و از پژوهش­های کاربردی با رویکرد کمی است. جامعه‌ آماری شامل کلیه‌ کارکنان آموزش و پرورش شهرستان ایلام بود که تعداد 200 نفر بر اساس جدول مورگان به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورداستفاده پژوهش، پرسش‌نامه هوش سازمانی آلبرخت (2003)، پرسش‌نامه خلق دانش سانکوسکا (2013)، پرسش‌نامه تسهیم دانش کیم و لی (2013) و پرسش‌نامه فرصت­های کارآفرینانه پوهاکا (2011) بود. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار PLS smart استفاده گردید. نتایج حاکی از آن بود که بین هوش سازمانی و خلق دانش با فرصت‌های کارآفرینانه دانش، همبستگی مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. بین هوش سازمانی و خلق دانش با تسهیم دانش، همبستگی مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج حاصل از تأثیرات غیرمستقیم هوش سازمانی و خلق دانش با نقش واسطه­ای تسهیم دانش بر تشخیص فرصت‌های کارآفرینانه بود. در کل‌ اثبات شد که مدل مفهومی پژوهش با مدل تجربی برازش دارد و ضریب مسیر بین متغیرها معنادار بود. با توجه به نتایج، پیشنهاد می‌شود مدیران سازمان به حمایت از فعالیت‌های دانش‌محور و هوش سازمانی، توجه ویژه‌ای داشته باشند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to design a model for identifying entrepreneurial opportunities based on organizational intelligence and knowledge creation with a mediating role of knowledge sharing. The present research method was correlational and part of applied research with a quantitative approach. The statistical population of the study included all the education workers of Ilam city, 200 of whom were selected based on Morgan's Table by simple random sampling. The tools used in the research were Albrecht's Organizational Intelligence Questionnaire (2003), Sankoska's Knowledge Creation Questionnaire (2013), Kim and Lee's Knowledge Sharing Questionnaire (2013), and Pohaka's Entrepreneurial Opportunities Questionnaire (2011). In order to analyze the data, PLS smart software was used. The results indicated that there was a positive and significant correlation between organizational intelligence and knowledge creation with knowledge entrepreneurial opportunities. In addition, there was a positive and significant correlation between organizational intelligence and knowledge creation with knowledge sharing. The results obtained from the indirect effects of organizational intelligence and knowledge creation with the mediating role of knowledge sharing was based on the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities. In general, it was concluded that the conceptual model of the research fits with the experimental model and the path coefficient between the variables was significant. According to the results, it is recommended that the managers of the organization pay particular attention to supporting knowledge-based activities and organizational intelligence.
