To confirm the findings, a questionnaire with 21 items with a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.817 was prepared and completed by 265 faculty members, who were selected by random method and Morgan's table. According to the points given and using the Friedman test, the identified tasks and assignments were ranked based on their importance. According to the results, the task of "personal development" was assigned the first priority and the task of "cultural, educational and social" was assigned the fifth priority. The validity of the extracted model was confirmed by a confirmatory factor analysis test using LISREL software. The results of the research showed that the model has a good fit and there is a significant relationship between the latent and observed variables.
