چکیده

اندیشمندان مدیریت بر این باورند که در مقایسه با دهه‌های آخر قرن بیستم، سازمان‌های امروزی با چالش‌های فزاینده‌ای مواجه هستند که نوآوری را برای این‌گونه سازمان‌ها نه یک اختیار و یک الزام حیاتی ساخته است. بر این اساس هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر نشاط سازمانی بر نوآوری سازمانی با نقش میانجی پذیرش تغییر است. این تحقیق از نظر نتیجه، کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی- پیمایشی می‌باشد. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش کارکنان گمرک جمهوری اسلامی ایران در استان تهران به تعداد ۶۰۰ نفر هستند که ۲۳۱ نفر آنها به‌روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. روایی پرسش‌نامه تحقیق توسط خبرگان مورد تأیید قرارگرفت. به‌منظور سنجش پایایی، آلفای کرونباخ مربوط به هر بخش و کلیه سؤالات با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اس. پی. اس. اس محاسبه‌ شد و مقدار آلفای کرونباخ به‌‌دست ‌آمده بیشتر از 0.7 بوده و بیانگر پایایی پرسش‌نامه می‌باشد.جهت تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌ها از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار لیزرل استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش بیانگر آن است که نشاط سازمانی بر نوآوری سازمانی با نقش میانجی پذیرش تغییر تأثیرگذار می‌باشد. بنابراین توجه به شادی و نشاط کارکنان در ابعاد گوناگون حائز اهمیت بوده و در راستای تحول‌پذیری کارکنان و ایجاد نوآوری در سازمان می‌بایست مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

Management scholars believe that compared to the 20th century, current organizations are facing increasing challenges, transforming innovation organizations from an optional aspect to a crucial one. The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of organizational happiness on organizational innovation while considering the meditating effect of change acceptance. The present study was applied using a descriptive survey method.  The statistical population of the study included 600 employees of the Customs Administration of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Tehran Province, 231 of whom were selected via random sampling method. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. In order to analyze data, the structural equation modeling technique and LISREL software were used. The results of this study indicated that organizational happiness was effective in organizational innovation while considering the meditating effect of change acceptance. Therefore, valuing the happiness of employees in various aspects was crucial and should be considered by organizations to lead to transformability in personnel and innovation within organizations.
