شناسایی شایستگی‌های موردانتظار از یادگیرندگان در نظام آموزش از دور: ارائه یک الگو

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، تبیین دیدگاه‌های صاحب‌نظران درباره شایستگی‌های موردانتظار از یادگیرندگان در نظام آموزش از دور بود. برای نیل به هدف این مطالعه، از روش کیفی راهبرد نظریه مبنایی بهره گرفته شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان در این پژوهش 15 نفر از فارغ‌التحصیلان دوره دکتری آموزش از دور دانشگاه پیام نور بودند که به‌عنوان هیئت‌علمی یا کارشناس در دانشگاه‌ها یا مراکز آموزش از دور فعالیت می‌کردند و براساس نمونه‌گیری هدفمند ملاک‌محور انتخاب شدند و با آنها مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته به عمل آمد. برای تحلیل کیفی داده‌ها نیز از شیوه کدگذاری (باز، محوری و انتخابی) و برای تأمین روایی و پایایی، از دو روش بازبینی مشارکت‌کنندگان و مرور خبرگان غیرمشارکت‌کننده، بهره گرفته شد. یافته‌های پژوهش، چهار دسته اصلی: شایستگی‌های فردی و شخصیتی، شایستگی‌های شناختی، شایستگی‌های مهارتی و شایستگی‌های رفتاری را نشان داد که در قالب یک مدل مفهومی ارائه شده است. بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود برنامه‌هایی برای بالندگی یادگیرندگان نظام آموزش از دور منطبق با مدل مطرح شده در پژوهش کنونی با اولویت شایستگی‌های احصا شده، به اجرا درآید.

Today, most universities are trying to increase the effectiveness of new technologies in their educational activities, and in order for educational activities to be effective, they must pay attention to learners as one of the most important elements involved in education. The purpose of this study was to explain the views of experts on the competencies expected of learners in the distance education system. To achieve the purpose of this study, the qualitative method of basic theory strategy was used. Participants in this study were 15 graduates of the doctoral program in the distance education at Payame Noor University who worked as faculty or experts in universities or distance education centers and based on purposive sampling, criteria was selected and semi-structured interviews conducted. For qualitative data analysis, coding method (open, axial and selective) was used and to ensure validity and reliability, two methods of reviewing participants and reviewing non-participating experts were used. The research findings in the form of a conceptual model showed four main categories of competencies including individual and personality competencies, cognitive competencies, skill competencies and behavioral competencies. These competencies are recommended programs for the growth of learners in the distance education system in accordance with the model proposed in the current research and should be implemented with the priority of required competencies.
