تأثیر بررسی میزان کیفیت سامانه مدیریت آموزش دانشگاه فنی‌وحرفه‌ای کشور در زمان همه‌گیری کووید-19 (مطالعه موردی دانشکده شمسی‌پور تهران)

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی و آسیب‌شناسی سامانه مدیریت آموزش دانشگاه فنی و حرفه‌ای یا سمیاد در آموزش مجازی، زمان همه‌گیری ویروس کووید-19 است. با توجه به محدودبودن داده‌های موردنیاز مراکز مختلف در این هنگامه شیوع و نوپابودن عرصه آموزش‌های مجازی، سعی شده است تا در این دوره، میان تأثیر آموزش حضوری و مجازی روی استادان و دانشجویان، مقایسه‌ای انجام شود. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی است که از طریق ایجاد پرسش‌نامه و بررسی 21 متغیر صورت گرفته است. مواردی از قبیل دسترسی دانشجویان به اینترنت پرسرعت، قابلیت انطباق‌پذیری استادان و استفاده از سامانه آموزشی برخط مناسب، شناسایی و پرسش‌هایی براساس مقیاس‌بندی و اندازه این فاکتورها طی یک پرسش‌نامه بررسی شده است. همچنین در محاسبه عدد آلفای کرونباخ، میزان 0/962 برای تمامی 21 سؤال به‌دست آمده است. در این پژوهش از میان تمامی محاسبات آماری مورد نیاز برای نشان‌دادن میزان تمایل ادامه تحصیل دانشجویان در کلاس‌های مجازی یا حضوری، از آزمون‌های همبستگی پارامتری و ناپارامتری هم‌زمان استفاده شده است و جامعه آماری، شامل 642 تن از دانشجویان دانشکده شمسی‌پور تهران در تمامی گرایش‌ها است.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the education management system of the Technical and Vocational University or Samyad in virtual education during the Covid-19 pandemic and to study its harmful effects. Due to the limited data required by different centers during this pandemic and the nascent field of virtual education, an attempt was made to make a comparison between the impact of face-to-face and virtual education on faculty staff and students. The present research used a descriptive research method in the form of a survey carried out by creating a questionnaire and reviewing 21 variables. Issues such as students' access to high-speed internet, the adaptability of professors and the use of an appropriate online education system were identified and questions based on the scaling and size of these factors were examined in a questionnaire. In addition, in calculating Cronbach's alpha number, the value of 0.962 was obtained for all 21 questions. In this study, both parametric and non-parametric correlation tests were used for all statistical calculations required to show the willingness of students to continue their education in virtual or face-to-face classes. The statistical population included 642 students of all disciplines at Shamsipour University in Tehran.
