Bakelite is a thermosetting polymer, and adding glass fibers to Bakelite can make it possible to use the resulting composite in the manufacture of some automotive parts. In this study, for the first time, the manufacture of Bakelite-glass fiber composite was carried out industrially using a plastic injection molding machine, and tensile, compression, abrasion, and microhardness tests were performed on the aforementioned composite samples. In order to achieve the best industrial properties, the effect of different percentages of glass fibers of 30, 40, 50, and 60 on the properties of the Bakelite matrix composite was investigated. The tensile strength of the composite sample with 60% fibers showed an increase of 2.2 times compared to the strength of the composite sample with 30% fibers. The highest tensile strength and hardness were reported in the composite with 60% glass fibers. However, the compressive strength of the composite samples with 50 and 60% fiber percentages was almost equal. The compressive strength of the 50% sample was approximately 32% higher than that of the 30% sample. The highest abrasion resistance was achieved in composite samples with 40 and 60% glass fibers.
