The networking significantly influences the expansion and quality of e-mentoring relationships within entrepreneurial ecosystems and entrepreneurial universities. This study aims to provide an integrated view of the factors influencing networking in e-mentoring for entrepreneurship and its application in academic education process. The research was applied in nature and adopted a theory-building meta-synthesis approach, using Finfgeld-Connett’s (2018) model. By searching relevant keywords such as networking and e-mentoring in the Web of Science (WoS) and Scopus databases, 139 articles were identified (The time frame considered for the articles reviewed extends until April 26th of 2025). After screening them based on the PRISMA framework, 27 articles were selected for qualitative content analysis. The findings revealed that the core codes of networking in e-mentoring include three parts: the antecedents (such as internet and Web 2.0 technologies, and networking strategies), the processes (such as social-emotional support and educational support), and the outcomes (such as making and maintaining of continuous interactions). These three core codes form the pattern for the development of e-mentoring relationships. In this pattern, entrepreneurship e-mentoring networking can enhance students' access to experiential learning resources, as well as foster interdisciplinary and international relationships, thereby making their entrepreneurial learning process more focused. The findings can contribute to improving university educational processes and the expansion of e-mentoring networks.
