The purpose of this research was to identify and develop a lean management model in the country's sports based on a qualitative and quantitative mixed model. From the point of view of practical purpose, from the point of view of the type of qualitative data, from the point of view of the exploratory analysis method, and from the point of view of time, this research was contemporary and collected data by field method. The statistical population of this research included managers and vice-presidents of sports organizations, faculty members in sports management fields with executive management experience. The sampling method in the qualitative part was purposeful and the number of samples was based on theoretical saturation and finally with 15 interviews. Interviews were coded using interpretive analysis method and interpretive structural modeling method was used to level the components. In order to perform interpretive structural modeling, the latest version of Micmac software was used. The analysis of the interviews finally reached 9 selective codes, which were budget reduction, continuous improvement, efficient management, knowledge management, ineffective laws, employee empowerment, severe inflation, high organization and respect for employees. Interpretive structural analysis showed that the highest level of effectiveness was related to the efficient management component and the highest level of effectiveness was also related to the continuous improvement component.
