The main purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of factors on entrepreneurial opportunities in large-scale construction projects in Tehran. Descriptive-survey research and data collection tool is questionnaire. The statistical population is the activists and customers of large-scale construction projects in Tehran during 1401 and 1402. The statistical sample is based on Cochran's formula of 335 people who were selected by random sampling and a questionnaire was distributed among them. Smart PLS3 and SPSS22 software were used for data analysis. Based on data analysis, managerial and structural factors as well as human factors and planning and monitoring factors and finally financial factors have a significant impact on the success of large-scale construction project management. In terms of the influence of the four factors, financial factors have the most influence, human factors-managerial, and structural factors, and finally the planning and supervision factor has the least influence. Among the indicators of financial factors; Estimating the budget required for the maintenance and repairs of the most effective machines and the existence of desirable financial standards and models-guarantee and providing budget to support it- estimating and correct control of cost-financial regulations - allocating and handing over credits in time-mobilizing resources and attracting cooperation with organizations Related budget forecasting and estimation are in the next ranks respectively. so; In large-scale projects, it is assumed that by studying and documenting the current situation and recognizing the mutated situation resulting from project management, he should design and implement practical ways to achieve the desired situation.
