In many historical periods, a special phenomenon of architecture known as Dastkand was formed in the territory of Iran, which in terms of the quality of space production has a different nature from the embodiment of the term architecture. Dastkand "Cunning" on the slopes of the Sahand volcanic mountain in the south of the city of Esko in East Azarbaijan province is considered one of these architectural elements, which displays a combination of the residential body and human behavior in interaction with nature. However, in library surveys, the weakness of documentary sources in specialized circles is evident in this case. Based on this, in the following article, with the aim of identifying the "tricky" collection and explaining the various structural aspects, typology and the way of spatial arrangement and its necessary indicators, while applying the descriptive-analytical approach along with field investigations, we aim to Answering the research question. 1- According to the architectural structure, Dastkand "Cunning" belongs to which category of Dastkand works, and what are its technical features and communication patterns in the field of spatial syntax? The findings indicate the identification of 48 underground boundaries in the "Cunning" hillock, which morphologically is part of the vertical hillocks in the heart of the natural bed of the earth in a continuous and linear manner, and from the typological point of view, it also includes residential use. It is a livelihood with the priority of animal husbandry activities.
