ارائه مدل ارتقای ظرفیت جذب نوآوری های فناورانه سبز در صنعت پتروشیمی

چکیده
صنعت پتروشیمی به عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین بخش‌های توسعه‌دهنده و ارزش افزا، در ادامه زنجیره صنایع نفت و گاز قرار دارد. پروژه‌های نوآوری یک شرکت باید با منابع و اهداف آن هم‌خوانی داشته باشد، هدف از پژوهش حاضر، ارائه مدلی جهت ارتقای ظرفیت جذب نوآوری‌های فناورانه سبز در صنعت پتروشیمی ایران بود. این پژوهش از نظر روش تلفیقی (کیفی- کمّی) و از نظر هدف کاربردی بود و در سال 1401 انجام گرفت جامعه آماری این پژوهش، شرکت‌های صنعت پتروشیمی بودند که جهت ترسیم حلقه‌های علی معلولی و مدل‌سازی از خبرگان این حوزه به روش گلوله برفی استفاده شده است. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات در بخش کیفی از مصاحبه با خبرگان (13 خبره) و در بخش کمّی نیز داده‌های حاصل شده از بخش اول در قالب تحلیل‌های کمّی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. مرحله تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها فرآیندی چندمرحله‌ای است که طی آن داده‌هایی که از طریق به‌کارگیری ابزارهای جمع‌آوری در نمونه (جامعه) آماری فراهم آمده‌اند خلاصه، کدبندی و دسته‌بندی و درنهایت پردازش می‌شوند تا زمینه برقراری انواع تحلیل‌ها و ارتباط‌ها بین این داده‌ها به‌منظور آزمون فرضیه‌ها فراهم آید. در بخش کیفی از روش کدگذاری و در بخش کمی از نرم‌افزار ونسیم (Vensim) نسخه 7/3 و Super decision نسخه 2 استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که موانع ساختاری، موانع قانونی، موانع نگرشی و موانع زیرساختی شرکت بر ظرفیت جذب نوآوری‌های فناورانه در صنعت پتروشیمی ایران تأثیر دارد.

The petrochemical industry is in the continuation of the oil and gas industry chain. The innovation projects of a company must be consistent with its resources and goals, the purpose of this study was to present a model to improve the capacity of absorbing green technological innovations in the Iranian petrochemical industry. This research was applied in terms of integrated method (qualitative-quantitative) and in terms of purpose and was carried out in 2022. The statistical population of this research was the petrochemical industry companies, which were used to draw causal circles and model the experts in this field using the snowball method. To collect information in the qualitative part of interviews with experts(13 experts) and in the quantitative part, the data obtained from the first part were analyzed in the form of quantitative analysis. The data analysis stage is a multi-stage process during which the data obtained through the use of collection tools in the statistical sample (community) are summarized, coded and categorized and finally processed to establish the basis for various types of analysis. Data and relationships between these data are provided in order to test the hypotheses. In the qualitative part, the coding method was used, and in the quantitative part, Vensim software version 3.7 and and Super decision version 2 were used.was used. The findings showed that structural barriers, legal barriers, attitudinal barriers and infrastructural barriers of the company have an effect on the capacity to absorb technological innovations in the Iranian petrochemical industry.
