بررسی تأثیر مشارکت کارآفرینی بر رفاه با نقش واسطه‌ای روانشناختی خودمختاری، شایستگی و وابستگی

چکیده

در این تحقیق به بررسی تأثیر مشارکت کارآفرینی بر رفاه با نقش واسطه­ای روانشناختی خودمختاری، شایستگی و وابستگی کارکنان سازمان تأمین اجتماعی قزوین پرداخته شد. تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی، از نظر ماهیت داده­ها کمی و از حیث روابط بین داده­ها همبستگی بود. جامعۀ آماری مطالعۀ حاضر مدیران و کارکنان سازمان تأمین اجتماعی قزوین بودند. حجم نمونه با توجه به تکنیک معادلات ساختاری بین 5 و 15 برابر تعداد سنجه­ها 294 نفر یعنی 7 برابر تعداد گویه­های پرسش‌نامه مشخص شد. روش نمونه­گیری در این پژوهش، نمونه­گیری تصادفی طبقه­ای بود. ابزار جمع­آوری داده­ها، پرسش‌نامه بود که روایی و پایایی آن تأیید شد. جهت بررسی فرضیات تحقیق از تکنیک معادلات ساختاری در نرم افزار لیزرل استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل داده­ها نشان دادند خودمختاری، شایستگی و وابستگی روانشناختی در تأثیر مشارکت کارآفرین بر رفاه نقش میانجی دارند. همچنین شایستگی و وابستگی روانشناختی در تأثیر مشارکت کارآفرین بر رفاه نقش میانجی دارند. مشارکت کارآفرینی، خودمختاری روانشناختی، شایستگی روانشناختی و وابستگی روانشناختی دارای تأثیر مثبت و معنادار بر رفاه درک شده هستند و خودمختاری روانشناختی، شایستگی روانشناختی و وابستگی روانشناختی تحت تأثیر مشارکت قرار دارند. خودمختاری روانشناختی بر شایستگی روانشناختی و وابستگی روانشناختی تأثیرگذار است.

In the present study, the effect of entrepreneurial participation on welfare with the psychological mediating role of autonomy, competence and dependence of Qazvin Social Security employees was investigated. The research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of type, quantitative in terms of the nature of data and correlational in terms of relationships between data. The statistical population of the present study comprised of the managers and employees of Qazvin Social Security Organization. According to the structural equation technique, the sample size was determined to be between 5 and 15 times the number of measurements, 294 people, that is, 7 times the number of items in the questionnaire. The sampling method in this research was stratified random sampling. The data collection tool used was a questionnaire, the validity and reliability of which were confirmed. In order to check the hypotheses of the research, structural equation technique was used in LISREL software. The results of the data analysis revealed that autonomy, competence and psychological dependence play a mediating role in the impact of entrepreneur participation on well-being. Furthermore, competence and psychological dependence play a mediating role in the impact of entrepreneur participation on well-being. Entrepreneurial participation, psychological autonomy, psychological competence and psychological dependence have a positive and significant effect on perceived well-being, and psychological autonomy, psychological competence and psychological dependence are affected by participation. Psychological autonomy affects psychological competence and psychological dependence.
