Nurses' IDPs and clinical competency assessment questionnaire were used to assess the research questions. Data analysis showed that out of 117 items extracted, first 70 items and then 39 items, the average of which was evaluated by the second group of experts above the cut line (≤ 3.5); Were selected as the final items. To design the model, the nurses were asked to make 3 choices for each person after agreeing with the direct supervisor. Pattern validity was assessed by supervisors. The value of t calculated to evaluate the effect of IDP for training and improvement was statistically significant (P <0.01).
