Terms and Conditions for Submitting an Article
We welcome original, high-quality contributions that align with the aims and scope of our journal. Authors submitting manuscripts for consideration are required to adhere to the following terms and conditions. By submitting your article, you acknowledge and accept these conditions:
1. Originality and Plagiarism
Submitted manuscripts must be the original work of the author(s) and must not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication elsewhere. All submissions are screened for plagiarism. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarized content will be automatically rejected.
2. Authorship
All listed authors must have made a significant contribution to the research and preparation of the manuscript and agree to be accountable for its content. Any changes to authorship after submission must be approved by all authors and justified to the editorial team.
3. Ethical Standards
Research involving human participants, animals, or sensitive data must comply with applicable ethical standards and include proper institutional approval and informed consent, as required. Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest that may influence the research or interpretation of results.
4. Copyright and Licensing
By submitting a manuscript, authors grant the journal the right to publish the work in print and digital formats. Authors retain copyright but agree to license their work under the journal’s open access policy, ensuring proper attribution and reusability.
5. Data Availability
Authors are encouraged to make their data available and provide sufficient detail for reproducibility. Where possible, supporting data should be deposited in a recognized public repository and referenced in the manuscript.
6. Peer Review
All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer-review process. Authors agree to participate in this process and to respond promptly and constructively to reviewer comments. Final acceptance is at the discretion of the editorial board.
7. Manuscript Formatting
Submissions must follow the journal’s formatting guidelines, available on the Author Guidelines page.
8. Withdrawal Policy
Manuscripts may be withdrawn upon request before the peer review process begins. After peer review, withdrawal requests must be justified and approved by the editor-in-chief. Unethical withdrawal (e.g., for submission to another journal without notice) may result in a submission ban.
9. Corrections and Retractions
If significant errors or ethical issues are discovered post-publication, the journal reserves the right to issue corrections, retractions, or expressions of concern in accordance with COPE guidelines.
