Abstract
Abstract

Planning for sustainable development is a multi-dimensional planning that, in the process of doing it, while considering the current needs, the needs and consequences resulting from the implementation of that result are also analyzed; And one of the characteristics of development and forward-looking plans is the presence of various uncertainties in the decision-making process. The purpose of this article is to prioritize and optimally choose employment creation methods according to various criteria of sustainable rural development and using the Intuitive Fuzzy Hierarchy Analysis (IF-AHP) process. The reason for using intuitionistic fuzzy sets is that uncertainty is not addressed in classical mathematical sets. Document study, field visit and interview methods have been used to identify the potentials and job opportunities of the region. Fuzzy Delphi method was used to select the criteria and determine the weight of the criteria relative to each other and determine the weight of the options relative to each criterion. The participants in the fuzzy Delphi panel were 15 active and successful local entrepreneurs in the field of rural business in the studied area. The necessary calculations for prioritizing and choosing employment creation methods have been done using the process of hierarchical analysis and intuitive fuzzy set relationships, and finally the priority of each method for sustainable employment in the region has been determined.
