Investigating the impact of technology acquisition on organizational open innovation with emphasis on decision-making styles using structural equations

Abstract
Investigating the impact of technology acquisition on organizational open innovation with a mediating role on decision-making styles (in information and communication technology companies) was investigated in this research. In terms of purpose, this research is practical and in terms of the method of gathering descriptive-causal information, it is a survey type. The statistical population of the research includes information and communication technology holding companies as well as the headquarters of these companies, numbering 210 people. In this research, due to the limited statistical population, Cochran's formula was used to determine the sample, and the sample size was 132 people. In order to collect data, a questionnaire was used, which was distributed among people in a simple random manner. Data analysis was done based on research objectives using SPSS and Lisrel software.

The results of the research indicated that the acquisition of technology has a positive and significant effect on organizational open innovation and intuitive and rational style of decision-making. Intuitive and rational style of decision-making also has a positive and significant effect on organizational open innovation. This means that as one increases/decreases, the other also increases/decreases
