Paradigmatic model of Job creation for Graduates of Physical Education and Sports Sciences in Teachnical and Vocational University(TVU)

Abstract
One of the most important missions of universities is to develop entrepreneurship and employment among graduates, so the purpose of this research is to present a paradigmatic model of Job creation for Graduates of Physical Education and Sports Sciences in National University of Skill. The present research was conducted using a Grounded theory approach and the systematic method of in the period 2023-2024. The research population was conducted through in-depth interviews with expert university professors, managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, sports marketers, entrepreneurs, and sports business officials. Based on the results of the employment pattern of physical education and sports science graduates, the study included contextual factors (with the core codes of improving organizational vision and reviewing marketing programs), causal factors (with the core codes of community and sports communication and employment knowledge), intervening factors (with the core codes of individual challenges, performance challenges, and management challenges), core category (with the core code of employment indicators), strategies (with the core codes of supporting employment, creating a culture of employment, and developing employment), and consequences (with the core codes of improving employment and developing sports). Therefore, it can be concluded that inviting top entrepreneurs in the field of sports production to colleges and emphasizing the professional competence of university lecturers to create motivation and develop employability skills in students has led to the cultivation of entrepreneurial graduates in the field of sports sciences.
