Abstract
The purpose of this research was to provide a model of using hidden learning in order to improve the quality of educational programs of high school schools in the 3rd district of Kermanshah. The current research method is based on a qualitative approach to the Foundation's data method, which was conducted in the field in terms of practical purpose and in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this research includes experts who are familiar with the dimensions and components and criteria of hidden learning in the educational environment, which includes researchers, university professors, and high school administrators in Kermanshah, who were selected by purposeful or theoretical sampling. The research tool was a semi-structured interview that continued until the theoretical saturation stage. Acceptability, transferability and verifiability methods were used for the validity and reliability of the research. The qualitative approach of grounded theory was used for open, central and selective coding, and open coding was done by analyzing the interviews. Based on the identified open codes, the central codes were formed and the theoretical model was developed with the help of selective coding, then the paradigm model was approved by the opinion of experts. The model of using hidden learning in order to improve the quality of education and training programs of high school schools in the 3rd district of Kermanshah, affected by the causal conditions (human, communication and organizational resources) and taking into account extractive strategies (related to school, education, curriculum and management).
