Methods: The statistical population of the present study includes all employees of the central organization of the Technical and Vocational University who have been selected as a statistical sample by simple random sampling method and using Cochran's table. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire based on Likert scale. To determine the validity of the questionnaire, face and content validity was used. For reliability, Cronbach's alpha was calculated to be 0.899 and a one-way T-test was used to test the research hypotheses.

Findings: Research findings show that in-service training has a great effect on promoting office health. The results also showed that the effectiveness of in-service training on the components of social responsibility and administrative health culture is less than average, but in terms of accountability, transparency and occupational health is above average.
