Abstract

The construction industry has made significant progress in the field of interior design and energy efficiency. Based on the experiences gained and having connections with foreign companies, construction companies are able to design and innovate new products with higher quality and lower prices. Therefore, it is important for the engineers and builders this industry know what opportunities they should create at the service supply chain level in this industry so that they can create entrepreneurial opportunities and reach the quality required in this industry. The main goal of this research is to identify entrepreneurial opportunities in large-scale construction projects in Tehran. This research is exploratory in terms of data collection and based on an applied goal. The statistical population of this research is entrepreneurial experts who are active in the field of construction, of whom the researcher interviewed 8 people to extract initial codes and identify indicators. Also, the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process was used to rank the identified indicators. The results showed that; Among the main components, human factors have the highest weight and financial factors have the lowest weight. In the quantitative part, the results showed that; managerial and structural factors have a significant effect on the success of managing large-scale construction projects. Human factors have a significant effect on the success of managing large-scale construction projects. The planning and monitoring factor has a significant effect on the success of managing large-scale construction projects. Financial factors have a significant effect on the success of managing large-scale construction projects.
