Abstract
Graphic design is formed as a branch of visual communication, with a correct understanding of visual language and plays an effective role in conveying messages to the audience. Designers must be fluent in visual structure and grammar to meet the needs of this field and achieve the desired results. Each image conveys an idea and communicates with the audience.

The brain’s main activity when faced with a product is the visual reading of its images, which is formed during the stages of diagnosis, recording, and interpretation. The process of understanding and interpretation should be evaluated from the perspective of the designer and recipient. The questions of this research include the problems and solutions in the conversion process and the principles and processes of qualified index development.

This research, using semiotics method, examines and analyzes the concepts of advertising messages and how they are transmitted from different aspects. The most important findings suggest that the designer should identify, analyze and decode the original message so that it can be translated into visual language. Creative ideation also makes the advertising message form in an intuitive and understandable language for the audience.
