Abstract

This study aims draw a structural model of influence the impact of entrepreneurial thinking and positive organizational behavior on collective efficacy with the mediating role of willingness to cooperate in the employees of technical and vocational university in West Azerbaijan province. This research is an applied and descriptive-correlational study. The statistical population of the study includes 156 employees of technical and vocational universities in West Azerbaijan province. Of these populations, 111 were selected as the sample based on Cochran's formula and classified randomly. Data were collected through a questionnaire and tested using structural equation modeling and SPSS26 and Smart PLS3 software to evaluate the model. The results of the study showed that entrepreneurial thinking and positive organizational behavior have a direct and indirect effect on collective efficacy by a mediating willingness to cooperate. The presence of entrepreneurial thinking and positive organizational behavior among employees of technical and vocational universities in West Azerbaijan province can play a determining role in enhancing collective efficacy and employees' willingness to cooperate and provide practical information to managers.
