Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of studying the narratives of school principals in the field of professional ethics in school management. He turned to interpretive research and how it was done with the past narrative and the past before the narrative. The field of research in Iraq and the participation of strong students were all principals of secondary schools in the city of Karbala, 15 of whom were randomly selected and invited to participate using an in-depth interview protocol. The data are obtained using the network of analytical methods. The results showed that four narratives could be shared under the headings (virtue-axis, religion-axis, organization-axis and people-axis) of professional ethics in school management. With the existence of these characteristics, the focus of professional ethics on work life and individual-professional life and on managers' relationships with others is important and promotes commitment, good relationships and excellence. They also placed greater emphasis on legal, participatory and explicit leadership and had educational, organizational, social and even individual messages in their school management.
