Investigating the position of in-service training in promoting the administrative health of the staff of the central organization of the Vocational Technical University

Abstract

Statement of Problem: One of the most important resources of any organization is the human resources of that organization which is threatened with corruption because the employees try very hard to meet their financial and material needs.

Target: The aim of this study was to investigate the role of in-service training in promoting administrative health in the staff of the central organization of the Technical and Vocational University.

Methods: The statistical population of the present study includes all employees of the central organization of the Technical and Vocational University who have been selected as a statistical sample by simple random sampling method and using Cochran's table. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire based on Likert scale. To determine the validity of the questionnaire, face and content validity was used. For reliability, Cronbach's alpha was calculated to be 0.899 and a one-way T-test was used to test the research hypotheses.

Findings: Research findings show that in-service training has a great effect on promoting office health. The results also showed that the effectiveness of in-service training on the components of social responsibility and administrative health culture is less than average, but in terms of accountability, transparency and occupational health is above average.
