according to the changes in the speed of providing products and the growth of the information society organizations are forced to turn to entrepreneurial activities. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of strategic human resource management on corporate entrepreneurship by emphasizing on the mediating role of knowledge management and organizational learning. This study is applied research in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this research consists of 40 public and private banks in Fasa city. 36 branches were determined using Cochran's formula. The sampling method in this research is simple random sampling and the data collection tool is the standard questionnaires of Chen (2009), Quinn (1986), Newman (2000) and Gomes (2005). Reliability and validity were checked and confirmed. A total of 124 questionnaires were obtained and data analysis was done at two descriptive and inferential levels using Spss and Smart PLS software. The results of the research showed that the strategic management of human resources has a positive and significant effect on corporate entrepreneurship, knowledge management and organizational learning. Also, the strategic human resources management through the mediation of knowledge management and organizational learning has a positive and significant effect on corporate entrepreneurship. Based on the findings of this research, managers of public and private banks in Fasa city are recommended to pay more attention to strategic human resource management as well as knowledge management and organizational learning, which can lead to the development of corporate entrepreneurship
