تحلیل رابطه مؤلفه‌های مدیریت دانش با نوآوری از طریق توانمند سازی کارکنان در سازمان آموزش و پرورش

چکیده

امروزه سازمان‌های کشور به مانند سایر سازمان‌های جهان برای حفظ رقابت­پذیری، ناگزیرند نوآور باشند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطۀ بین مؤلفه‌های مدیریت دانش با نوآوری در سازمان‌ها با در نظر گرفتن متغیر میانجیِ توانمندسازی کارکنان به­صورت موردی در سازمان آموزش و پرورش اجرا شد. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیۀ مدیران، معاونین، رؤسای ادارات و کارشناسان سازمان آموزش و پرورش استان قزوین به تعداد 90 نفر می‌باشد که با صرف نظر از نمونه­گیری، کل جامعه در معرض سنجش قرار گرفته و در عمل، سرشماری انجام شده است. اطلاعات مورد نیاز به وسیلۀ یک پرسشنامۀ محقق ساخته شده گردآوری شده است که روایی آن به شکل صوری(اخذ نظر خبرگان) احراز شده و پایایی آن با پیش­سنجی به حجم 10 نمونه و محاسبۀ آلفای کرونباخ معادل 815/0 احراز شده است. نتیجۀ پژوهش این موضوع را تأیید نمود که تمامی متغیرها با نوآوری ارتباط دارند. بر اساس مدل بهینه شده رابطۀ متغیرهای دانش آفرینی و به‌کارگیری دانش به‌طور مستقیم با نوآوری معنادار می‌باشد.

چکیده [English]

Today, national Iranian organizations, like other organizations in the world, have to compete with other organizations both inside and outside the country in order to stay in the business environment. Hence, they must be at least in one area superior to their competitors. In other words, they have no choice but to be innovative. The above study was conducted to determine the relationship between knowledge management components with innovation in organizations by modifying staff empowerment on a case-by-case basis in the education organization. The required information was collected through a questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by factor analysis and opinion of relevant professors. Structural equation and Pearson correlation models were used for the analysis. The findings of the present research demonstrate that all variables are related to innovation. According to the optimized model, the relationship between knowledge creation variables and the use of direct knowledge with innovation is significant.
