The research method was analytical-survey and the statistical population included sports management specialists and sports tourism experts. The statistical sample was selected based on the minimum sample size in PLS software. Based on literatures, documents and explorative semi-guided interviews, a researcher-made questionnaire with 120 items in 7 pillar and its content validity and reliability coefficient (0.91) were also confirmed. Comparison of factors affecting the development of recreational sports tourism showed that the market pillar and interactions with average rank of 4.10 in the first priority, ecology pillar with average rank of 4.0, cultural pillar with average rank of 3.98, financial pillar with average rank of 3.95, support pillar with Average of 3.94, human capital pillar with average rank of 3.88 and policy axis with average rank of 3.82 had the most role in explaining the development of recreational-sports tourism. Based on the results of the structural model, the entrepreneurial ecosystem on the development of recreational-sports tourism with an impact factor of 0.71, the ecological context on the development of recreational -sports tourism with an impact factor of 0.65 and the entrepreneurial ecosystem on the development of recreational-sports tourism 0.54 is effective. Based on these results, recreational-sports tourism in the country should be developed with an entrepreneurial approach and the ecological context or the capacity of Iran's attractive natural resource should be used. پژوهش حاضر، محورها و ابعاد مختلف توسعه توریسم تفریحی-‌ورزشی را با رویکرد جدید اکوسیستم کارآفرینی شناسایی، تحلیل و مدل‌سازی کرده است. روش تحقیق از نوع پیمایشی-تحلیلی و جامعه آماری شامل متخصصان مدیریت ورزشی و کارشناسان توریسم ورزشی بودند که نمونه آماری براساس حداقل حجم نمونه در نرم‏افزارPLS به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند (142=N). براساس مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای، اسنادی و مصاحبه اکتشافی نیمه‌هدایت‌شده، پرسش‌‏‏‏‏نامه محقق ساخته‌ای با 120گویه در 7محور تدوین و روایی محتوایی و ضریب پایایی آن نیز تأیید گردید(91/0). مقایسه عوامل اثرگذار بر توسعه توریسم تفریحی-‌ورزشی نشان‌داد که محور بازار و تعاملات با میانگین 10/4 در اولویت اول، محور اکولوژی با میانگین 0/4، محور فرهنگی با میانگین 98/3، محور مالی با میانگین 95/3، محور پشتیبانی با میانگین 94/3، محور سرمایه انسانی با میانگین 88/3 و محور سیاست‌گذاری با میانگین 82/3 بیشترین نقش را در تبیین توسعه توریسم تفریحی‌‌-ورزشی داشتند. براساس نتایج مدل ساختاری، اکوسیستم کارآفرینی بر توسعه توریسم تفریحی-‌ورزشی با ضریب اثر 71/0، بستر اکولوژی بر توسعه توریسم تفریحی-‌ورزشی با ضریب اثر 65/0 و همچنین اکوسیستم کارآفرینی بر توسعه توریسم تفریحی-‌ورزشی با میانجی‌گری محور اکولوژی با ضریب اثر 54/0 اثرگذار است. بر اساس این نتایج، توریسم تفریحی –ورزشی در کشور باید با رویکرد کارآفرینی توسعه یابد و از بستر اکولوژی یا ظرفیت منبع جذاب طبیعی ایران استفاده شود.
