The purpose of this article is to investigate the modeling of competence development on sustainable entrepreneurial intention with the mediation of students' entrepreneurial orientation. The present study was a correlational study, and its research population was the graduate students of Sistan and Baluchistan University in 2023, and the number of samples was selected according to stratified random sampling of 293 people. The research tool included three questionnaires: sustainable entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial competency development, and entrepreneurial orientation, and the validity and reliability of all three tools were reported according to appropriate analysis. The analysis method was according to Lisrel 10 software and structural equation modeling. The finding showed that the development of entrepreneurial competence was directly indirectly effective on the formation of sustainable entrepreneurial intention. On the other hand, competency development had a direct effect on entrepreneurial orientation. Also, entrepreneurial orientation was effective on the formation of sustainable entrepreneurial intention. It can be said in result that the social and environmental sustainability of entrepreneurship are influenced by the development of competencies. and the development of entrepreneurial competence has a constructive role on creativity, innovation, activeness and risk-taking. and the improvement of entrepreneurial orientation of students is influenced by the increase of entrepreneurial competences. تحولات بازاری و اجتماعی تحت تاثیر کارآفرینی پایدار می باشد و دانشگاه‌ها با توسعه شایستگی ها در ایجاد کارافرینی پایدار به منظور توسعه اجتماعی و اقتصادی سازنده می باشند. هدف، این مقاله، مدلسازی توسعه شایستگی بر قصد کارآفرینی پایدار با میانجی گری جهت گیری کارآفرینی دانشجویان را بررسی می کند. روش این پژوهش به صورت همبستگی بود. جامعه پژوهش، دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان در سال 1402 بوده است و تعداد نمونه با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای 293 نفر انتخاب شده است. ابزار پژوهش شامل سه پرسشنامه قصد کارآفرینی پایدار، توسعه شایستگی کارآفرینی و جهت‌گیری کارآفرینی بود. روایی و پایایی هر سه ابزار مطابق تحلیل مناسب گزارش شدند. روش تجزیه و تحلیل مطابق با نرم افزار لیزرل 10 و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بوده است. یافته ها نشان داد، توسعه شایستگی کارآفرینی بر شکل گیری قصد کارآفرینی پایدار به صورت مستقیم و غیر مستقیم موثر بود. از طرفی توسعه شایستگی کارآفرینی بر جهت‌گیری کارآفرینی اثر مستقیم داشت. همچنین، جهت گیری کارآفرینی بر شکل گیری قصد کارآفرینی پایدار موثر بوده است. در نتایج می توان گفت، پایداری اجتماعی و زیست محیطی کارآفرینی تحت تاثیر توسعه شایستگی ها می باشند و توسعه شایستگی کارآفرینی بر خلاقیت، نوآوری، فعال بودن و ریسک پذیری نقش سازنده دارد و بهبود جهت گیری کارآفرینی دانشجویان تحت تاثیر افزایش شایستگی های کارآفرینی می باشد. https://karafan.tvu.ac.ir/article_237084_7394e9b896b8dc67d7c73f09b1379cfd.pdf
