Journal Article 2021 06 30 This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between voluntary activity and the creation of entrepreneurial intention with the mediating role of entrepreneurial skills training. This research was based on a practical purpose and classified as descriptive survey research. The statistical population comprised of volunteers in a leading campaign in Isfahan city and sample size was 165 people. The same number of questionnaires to be answered was distributed and collected among the statistical population by a simple random method. The questionnaire data collected was analyzed by SPSS and AMOS software using structural equation modeling. The results of the analysis of research hypotheses showed that voluntary activity had a positive and significant relationship with entrepreneurial intention. Voluntary activity had a positive and significant relationship with the training of entrepreneurial skills. Entrepreneurial skills training had a positive and significant relationship with entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurial skills training had a mediating and positive role in the relationship between voluntary activity and entrepreneurial intention. The results of this research can be used in entrepreneurial skills training courses. این تحقیق با هدف بررسی رابطۀ فعالیت داوطلبانه بر ایجاد قصد کارآفرینی با تأثیر نقش میانجی آموزش مهارت‌های کارآفرینی انجام گرفت. این پژوهش بر مبنای هدف کاربردی بوده و در زمرۀ تحقیقات توصیفی پیمایشی قرار می‌گیرد. جامعۀ آماری مورد افراد داوطلب در پویش پیشتازی در شهر اصفهان بودند، که بر اساس جامعۀ آماری تعداد نمونه 165 نفر درنظر گرفته شد، که به همین تعداد پرسش‌نامه  جهت پاسخگویی به روش تصادفی ساده میان جامعۀ آماری توزیع و جمع‌آوری شد. اطلاعات گردآوری‌شده توسط پرسش‌نامه‌ها به‌وسیلۀ نرم‌افزار SPSS و AMOS با استفاده از مدل یابی معـادلات ساختاری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل فرضیه‌های تحقیق نشان داد که فعالیت داوطلبانه رابطۀ مثبت و معناداری با قصد کارآفرینی دارد. فعالیت داوطلبانه رابطۀ مثبت و معناداری با آموزش مهارت‌های کارآفرینی دارد. آموزش مهارت‌های کارآفرینی رابطۀ مثبت و معناداری با قصد کارآفرینی دارد. آموزش مهارت‌های کارآفرینی در رابطۀ میان فعالیت داوطلبانه و قصد کارآفرینی نقش میانجی و مثبتی دارد. نتایج این تحقیق می‌‎تواند در دوره‎‌های آموزشی مهارت‌های کارآفرینی به کار گرفته شود. https://karafan.tvu.ac.ir/article_140915_f3b4eb6379256303e68fa9f22dd38a00.pdf
