In this study, a comparison of the anatomical and biometrical characteristics of heartwood and sapwood Elaeagnus angustifolia was made. For this purpose, a completely healthy tree native to Khorasan Province, Iran was selected and cut. Test specimens with dimensions of 2 × 2 cm and a length of 3 cm sequentially taken from near the pith (heartwood) to near bark (sapwood) were prepared for biometric and anatomical experiments. Biometric characteristics including fiber length, fiber lumen diameter, fiber diameter and cell wall thickness were evaluated. The results showed that the effect of different parts of the stem on the biometric characteristics of the fibers at the upper level was significant, so that biometric properties had an increasing trend as they moved away from the pith area and neared the bark area. Microscopic studies of wood close to the bark of the elaeagnus angustifolia showed that this species is of the ring porous hardwood species, with distinct growth ring, simple perforation plates and scalariform, alternate intervessel pits and presence of Tyloses.}, keywords = {Elaeagnus angustifolia,ring porous,alternative pits,simple perforation}, title_fa = {مقایسه خواص آناتومی و بیومتری چوب درون و چوب برون درخت سنجد (مطالعه موردی استان خراسان)}, abstract_fa = {بررسی تغییرات ویژگی‌های بیومتری و آناتومی گونه‌های چوبی در قسمت‌های مختلف ساقه درخت، از جمله مواردی است که از گذشته‌های دور تا به امروز مورد توجه پژوهشگران و محققان رشته صنایع چوب و کاغذ قرار گرفته است. در این تحقیق به مقایسه خواص آناتومی و بیومتری چوب درون و چوب برون درخت سنجد پرداخته شده است. به همین منظور، یک اصله درخت کاملاً سالم سنجد بومی استان خراسان انتخاب و قطع شد. نمونه‌های آزمونی به ابعاد 2×2 سانتی‌متر و به طول 3 سانتی‌متر در محور شعاعی ساقه به صورت متوالی از ناحیه نزدیک به مغز (درون چوب) به سمت ناحیه نزدیک به پوست (برون چوب) برای انجام آزمایش‌های بیومتری و آناتومی چوب درخت سنجد تهیه گردید. ویژگی‌های بیومتری شامل طول الیاف، قطر حفره سلولی، ضخامت دیواره سلولی و قطر کلی سلول ارزیابی شدند. نتایج این بررسی‌ها نشان داد که تأثیر قسمت‌های مختلف ساقه بر ویژگی‌های بیومتری الیاف، در سطح بالایی معنی‌دار است؛ به‌طوری که با دور شدن از ناحیه مغز و نزدیک شدن به ناحیه پوست در محور شعاعی ساقه، ویژگی‌های بیومتری دارای یک روند صعودی می‌باشند. مطالعات میکروسکوپی چوب نزدیک به پوست درخت سنجد نشان داد که این گونه، جزو پهن‌برگان بخش روزنه‌ای، مرز حلقه رویش مشخص، دارای تیل، دریچه آوندی ساده و دارای منافذ بین دیواره آوندی از نوع متناوب با هاله‌های تحلیل‌رفته می‌باشد.}, keywords_fa = {سنجد,بخش روزنه‌ای,متناوب,دریچه آوندی ساده}, url = {https://karafan.tvu.ac.ir/article_129725.html}, eprint = {https://karafan.tvu.ac.ir/article_129725_ef5c05b9078b4d55f0d0a1e261515f6a.pdf} }
