سیاست‌گذاری مبتنی بر اکوسیستم کارآفرینی و توسعه شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان

چکیده

سیاست‌گذاری کارآفرینانه در راستای افزایش فعالیت‌های کارآفرینانه مولد می‌تواند به توسعه اقتصادی کشورها منجر گردد. یکی از انواع کسب‌و‌کارهای مولد، شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان هستند. اکوسیستم‌ها، نقش مهمی در توسعه کسب‌وکارهای با فناوری پیشرفته دارند. از این رو مقاله حاضر، اکوسیستم کارآفرینی و سیاست‌گذاری توسعه شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان را با شش بعد سیاست‌های قانون‌گذاری، سیاست‌های دسترسی به تحقیق و توسعه، سیاست‌های خدمات مشاوره‌ای، سیاست‌های مالی، سیاست دسترسی به زیرساخت‌های کارآمد و سیاست‌های بازار و مشتریان بر توسعه شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان را بررسی کرده است. این پژوهش، از منظر هدف، کاربردی و روش گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی- همبستگی است. نمونه آماری شامل 142 نفر از کارشناسان و مدیران دانش‌بنیان است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسش‌نامه بود. بر اساس یافته‌های این مطالعه، پنج بعد از سیاست‌گذاری‌ها بر توسعه شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان، مؤثر است. در ادامه پیشنهادهایی مطرح شده است.

چکیده [English]

Entrepreneurial policy to increase productive entrepreneurial activities can lead to the economic development of countries. One of the most productive businesses is knowledge-based companies. Ecosystems play an important role in the development of high-tech businesses. Therefore, this article examines the entrepreneurial ecosystem and development policies of knowledge-based companies with six dimensions: legislative policies, access to research and development policies, consulting services policies, financial policies, and access to infrastructure policies. Efficient and examines market and customer policies on the development of knowledge-based companies. This research is applied from the perspective of purpose and the data collection method is descriptive-correlation. The statistical sample includes 142 knowledge-based experts and managers. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. According to the findings of this study, five dimensions of policies affect the development of knowledge-based companies. Here are some suggestions.
