طراحی مدل برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک به کمک روش سوات مطالعه موردی: شرکت کیهان‌صنعت قائم

چکیده

هدف از انجام این پژوهش، طراحی و تدوین استراتژی شرکت کیهان‌صنعت قائم است. برای تدوین استراتژی این شرکت، از چارچوب جامع تدوین استراتژی استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق؛ شامل هیئت‌مدیره، مدیران و کارشناسان شرکت کیهان‌صنعت قائم می‌باشد. در این تحقیق، ابتدا بیانیه ماموریت شرکت کیهان‌صنعت قائم تعیین گردیده و سپس با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و ابزارهایی همچون ماتریس ارزیابی عوامل داخلی و خارجی، ماتریس سوات (SWOT) و ماتریس برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک کمی (QSPM) تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. در مرحله تطبیق و مقایسه، استراتژی‌های چهارگانه (تهاجمی، محافظه کارانه، رقابتی و تدافعی) شناسایی گردید و با توجه به ماتریس داخلی و خارجی، استراتژی‌های تهاجمی انتخاب شد. استراتژی‌های انتخاب‌شده با استفاده از ماتریس QSPM اولویت‌بندی و بهترین استراتژی مشخص گردید که عبارت است از: استراتژی توسعه بازار و محصول و افزایش ظرفیت خطوط تولیدی دیزل و پرکینز.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research was to design and formulate the strategy of Kayhan Sanat Ghaem Company. A comprehensive strategy formulation framework was used to formulate the company's strategy. The statistical population of this research included the board of directors, managers and experts of Kayhan Sanat Ghaem Company. In this research, first, the mission statement of Kayhan Sanat Ghaem Company was determined and then analyzed using descriptive statistics and tools such as internal and external factor evaluation matrix, SWOT matrix (SWOT) and quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM). In the adaptation and comparison phase, four strategies (offensive, conservative, competitive and defensive) were identified and according to the internal and external matrix, offensive strategies were selected. The selected strategies were identified using the QSPM matrix and the best strategies identified were market and product development strategy and increasing the capacity of diesel and Perkins production lines.
