آموزش کارآفرینی و تأثیر آن بر عملکرد کسب‌وکارهای زنان روستایی

چکیده

بهره‌مندی از آموزش، یکی از مهم‌ترین عوامل در توسعه‌ فعالیت‌های کارآفرینی است. زنان روستایی کارآفرین، از طریق آموزش، توانایی مقابله با موانع و به‌کارگیری روش‌های جدید و متناسب با تغییرات تکنولوژی و بازار را پیدا می‌کنند. این تحقیق، با هدف کلی تأثیر آموزش‌ کارآفرینی بر عملکرد فعالیت‌های کسب‌وکارهای زنان روستایی انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری تحقیق، شامل کلیه زنان عضو شرکت‌های مادرتخصصی حمایت از توسعه فعالیت‌های کشاورزی استان فارس بود. پژوهش حاضر با بهره‌گیری از روش پیمایش و روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای با تعداد 269 نفر با استفاده از پرسشنامه انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که شرکت در کلاس‌های آموزشی، تأثیر مطلوبی بر انگیزه، مهارت، آگاهی و دانش کارآفرینی زنان روستایی داشته است. نتایج تحلیل واریانس نشان داد که بین زنان در سه گروه متفاوت با تعداد دفعات شرکت در کلاس‌های آموزشی، از نظر توسعه فعالیت کارآفرینی، تاب‌آوری فردی، تاب‌آوری کسب‌وکار، روش‌های بازاریابی و تأثیر شبکه‌های اجتماعی مجازی، تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد. همچنین، بین زنان در گروه‌های متفاوت، از لحاظ میزان دانش کارآفرینی نیز تفاوت‌های معناداری از نظر توسعه فعالیت کارآفرینی، تاب‌آوری فردی، تاب‌آوری کسب‌وکار، روش‌های بازاریابی و تأثیر شبکه‌های اجتماعی مجازی وجود دارد. در نهایت به منظور ارتقای کارآفرینی زنان روستایی، پیشنهادهایی ارائه گردیده است.

Education is one of the most important factors in developing entrepreneurial activities. Rural women entrepreneurs would be able to cope with barriers and also use new methods in accordance with modern technology and market changes through education. The main purpose of the study was to analyze the effects of entrepreneurship education on the function of rural women's businesses. All rural women members of the Agricultural Development Specialized Holding Companies in Fars Province were included in this research statistical population. The study was conducted using survey method and the sample included 269 rural women based on stratified random sampling. Required data was collected through a questionnaire. The findings revealed that attending educational classes had a great impact on motivation, skills, awareness, and entrepreneurship knowledge of rural women. Based on the results of analysis of variance, there were significant differences between women in the three different groups regarding their participation in entrepreneurship classes in terms of entrepreneurial activities development, individual resilience, business resilience, marketing methods and the virtual social networks use. Furthermore, there were significant differences between groups with different entrepreneurial knowledge in terms of entrepreneurial activity development, individual resilience, business resilience, marketing methods and the virtual social networks use. Finally, the study attempted to provide some applicable recommendations in order to improve rural women's entrepreneurial businesses.
