بررسی نقش ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و سلامت روانی بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی کارکنان اداره کل آموزش فنی و حرفه‌ای استان مازندران

چکیده

هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و سلامت روانی بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی کارکنان اداره کل آموزش فنی و حرفه‌ای استان مازندران می‌باشد. این پژوهش از حیث هدف، کاربردی و از حیث نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها، جزء پژوهش‌های توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه کارکنان و مدیران (495 نفر) شاغل در اداره کل آموزش فنی و حرفه‌ای استان مازندران در سال 1397 تشکیل می‌دهد و از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده و جدول کرجسی و مورگان (با حجم نمونه 217 نفر) برای نمونه‌گیری و از پرسش‌نامه‌های استاندارد به‌منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌های موردنیاز استفاده شده است. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS تحلیل شده‌اند. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها حاکی از آن است که ویژگی‌های شخصیتی، ارتباط معناداری با رفتار شهروندی سازمانی دارند (ضریب همبستگی: 776/0) و سلامت روانی نیز ارتباط معناداری با رفتار شهروندی سازمانی دارد (ضریب همبستگی: 630/0). علاوه بر این، نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که ویژگی‌های شخصیتی، ارتباط معناداری با سلامت روانی کارکنان دارند (ضریب تأثیر: 842/0).

چکیده [English]

The aim of the present study was to investigate the role of personality characteristics and psychological health on organizational citizenship behavior at Mazandaran Technical and Vocational Training Organization.  This research was applied in terms of purpose and a descriptive-survey research method was employed for data collection. The statistical population of this study consisted of all employees and managers (495 people) working at the Mazandaran Technical and Vocational Training Organization in 2018 using a simple random sampling method.  Based on the Krejcie and Morgan table, the minimum number of the sample size was determined as 217. The authors used simple random sampling and standardized questionnaires for data collection. Furthermore, in order to test the reliability and validity of questionnaires, the authors used content validity and Cronbach’s Alpha. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS. The statistical analysis indicated that personality characteristics have a significant relationship with organizational citizenship behavior (P: 0.776). Similarly, psychological health also has a significant relationship with organizational citizenship behavior (P: 0.630). In addition, personality characteristics have a significant relationship with psychological health (P: 0.842).
